Today something very interesting happened.
I had my very first photo shoot.
Well, not my first, technically.
There was that one time when I was on the homecoming court...
And then I guess you could count my senior portraits...
Then there was some kind of make-up party & glamour shots...
Ugh, never mind.
So, as many of you know,
I am one of the writers for the blog at our church
for our women's ministry.
Anyway, we are getting ready for our new semester
and from what I understand they are giving the blog
a face lift of sorts & they are wanting to update the
"Who We Are" page.
Hence, the photo shoot.
My daughter is awesome at this sort of thing.
She is not shy about having her picture taken.
She did NOT inherit that from me.
I was very uncomfortable.
I think it's because I have this
Don't get me wrong.
I appreciate having hair.
But, for some reason, my hair has a mind of it's own.
It never wants to sit the way I tell it to.
C'est la vie.
Anyway, I thought I'd share a sneak peek
of what may or may not have happened this morning.
But you'll have to wait for the unveiling of the new blog
for the official reveal.
"But the Lord said to Samuel, 'Do not look on his appearance or on the height of his stature, because I have rejected him. For the Lord sees not as a man sees: man looks on the outward appearance, but the Lord looks on the heart.'" 1Samuel 16:7
